Damage and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving. For hygiene and safety purposes, all packages will now be wrapped and sealed with personalized sticker in mailer. Check the shipping label sealing the contents states your name and doesn't appear ripped or tampered with.

Please contact us immediately if anything is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The best way to reach us is through email: stereoplasm@gmail.com

If we have previously had correspondence in the past and you have a new question or concern, please create a brand new email or it may be diverted to the wrong place.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final but please contact us if you have any concerns about your fragrance and we would be happy to help as much as we can. We recommend Sunday Swaps on Indie Makeup and More to exchange your less-loved perfume and try new scents. It's a great community and fun way to meet people with similar interests.
