We have a few important updates to share as we adapt to some recent changes at the border and restructure our workflow.

Pre-Order Sales Update
After careful consideration, we’re transitioning most of our catalogue fragrance from ready-to-ship to pre-order status.

What This Means
Some fragrances that were previously fulfilled from our in-house supply will now be imported and crafted in small batches at scheduled monthly intervals.

Why Pre-Orders?
Our main goal is to improve clarity and set realistic expectations around order fulfillment. By shifting to a pre-order system, we’re better able to communicate timelines and plan around ingredient availability.
Current ETA is within 3 months, though many orders may ship sooner depending on timing and sourcing.
Customers can also choose their update frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — to stay informed about their order status.

As a thank you for your patience, fully paid and some 75% partial pre-orders will receive a 5% discount.

Rotating Catalogue Offerings
In addition to the pre-order shift, we’ll be rotating through our Regular, Seasonal, and Limited collections. These curated releases will be fulfilled directly from in-house stock, allowing for faster shipping and easier inventory management.

Today marks our first clearance sale as an official full time team!

The first part will be held today with limited stock and feature only larger sizes. On July 10th, we'll be back with a special two part sample sale and another full size event featuring the entire catalogue in August.

After a busy period spent really reflecting on what’s slowing us down behind the scenes, we’re making some changes. We’ve identified a few key tasks that seem to be complicating or adding unnecessary time and stress to fulfillment - so we've been solving these issues, one by one. Order fulfilment documentation, design organization, and customer correspondence - we’re shifting how we work to give these the time and structure they need.

Today’s Sale – June 28 at 3 PM EST

We’re also excited to announce a sale happening today at 4 PM EST. Details are available through our newsletter and posted on our website homepage. If you're not subscribed, now is a great time to sign up—our newsletter is the best place to get advance notice about future sales and releases.

Please note that there will be a variety of sale sizes from 5-30mL. We have all hands on deck for this sale, and open communication and transparency is our priority.

Shipping & Order Updates

One important big change going forward, we’ll only send out shipping confirmations after an order has been fully photographed and packed. No more early label scans, which means better clarity for you and fewer disruptions for us.

We’ve had to get creative with Shopify’s limited tools (we avoid most third-party apps to keep things simple and from causing issues), but this is a change we’re committed to.

Staff Updates

We’re happy to share that Haley (that's me!), our Shop Manager, has officially moved into a full-time role at Stereoplasm. With this shift, you can expect more timely communication and transparency. We’re also thrilled to welcome back Adam, a longtime team member returning to share his gorgeous artwork with us all again.

Focus on Existing Collections

We’re pausing the launch of any new collections while we focus on refining our older collections and what we've got now. Several favorites from our vault are being brought back with updated artwork and improved formatting. Our goal is to release things slowly with thoughtfulness and care.
