We have a few important updates to share as we adapt to some recent changes at the border and restructure our workflow.
Pre-Order Sales Update
After careful consideration, we’re transitioning most of our catalogue fragrances from ready-to-ship to pre-order status.
What This Means
Fragrances that were previously fulfilled from our in-house supply will now be imported and crafted in small batches at scheduled monthly intervals.
Why Pre-Orders?
Our main goal is to improve clarity and set realistic expectations around order fulfillment. By shifting to a pre-order system, we’re better able to communicate timelines and plan around ingredient availability.
Current ETA is within 3 months, though many orders may ship sooner depending on timing and sourcing.
Customers can also choose their update frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — to stay informed about their order status.
As a thank you for your patience, fully paid and some 75% partial pre-orders will receive a 5% discount.
Rotating Catalogue Offerings
In addition to the pre-order shift, we’ll be rotating through our Regular, Seasonal, and Limited collections. These curated releases will be fulfilled directly from in-house stock, allowing for faster shipping and easier inventory management.
